If you're ever in the car section at toy stores, you've probably noticed that many different TV and movie characters have been turned into their own car. Even the characters from Star Wars have been turned into cars. Now, Hot Wheels is debuting a lifesize and fully functional version of their Darth Vader car today at Comic-Con.
Made mostly out of carbon fiber and powered by a 526-hp V8, this looks more like an old fashioned hot rod with something to take out pedestrians with instead of the famous Sith Lord. Since Darth Vader is way better than any other character in the Star Wars franchise, it's only suitable for the car version of him to become real.
Sadly, it's only for promotional purposes. If you missed it at todays Comic-Con, chances are it will be appearing at other Comic-Cons in the future. There's still the toy version that you can buy at any toy store. There's even a version that comes in a handy collectors case complete with red lightsaber. Everyone knows that the Dark Side is way better than the Rebel Alliance anyway.
