Toyota Avensis is a car-shaped middle-class sedan and station wagon whose main market is Europe. Avensis was first introduced in 1998 as a replacement of the Carina E based Corona. While Avensis Verso MPV is a car that is different despite using the name of the Avensis, this is actually a Toyota Ipsum or Picnic. This type of car is predicted as one type of car that provides maximum comfort but at affordable prices. With the proliferation of consumers who lined up to buy this car then several other manufacturers of the same type issued as a rival. Some other car manufacturers such as the results of the Mazda6, Ford Mondeo, Citroën C5, Volkswagen Passat, Skoda Superb and Peugeot 508.

Toyota Avensis has three generations, each of which is divided into; first generation T210/220 series (1997-2003), second generation T250 series (2003-2009), and third generation T270 series (2009-present). In their first generation, the Toyota issued this type in Burnaston Factory in Derby. At the same time, the type of Toyota Corolla with five types of doors is also manufactured in British plant. On the type of original Avensis, the car is equipped with four types of machines; 1.6, 1.8 and 2.0-liter petrol and a 2.0-liter turbodiesel.

In 2004, the Toyota Avensis was in fourth position behind the Fiat Panda (Winner), Mazda3 (Second) and the Volkswagen Golf (Third) in the event the European Car of the Year contest. While in the event the Semperit Irish Car of the Year exalt them as the champion. And What Car? Give a title to the Avensis as the “Best Family Car” for 2004 and 2005. All of those awards will certainly have enough to prove that the Avensis is one of the best of the best car but it will not make you spend tens of thousands of dollars to have it.
