Introducing the Lamborghini Huracan

Introducing the Lamborghini Huracan

The Gallardo was pretty much the most successful car ever made by Lamborghini. When it first came out ten years ago, no one knew that it would be as successful as it was. But now, after ten years, the Gallardo is gone and a new car has finally emerged.

It's called the Huracan and just like all other Lamborghinis it's named after a Spanish fighting bull. The great thing when you first look at it is it does look way better than the Gallardo. While the Gallardo looked a bit bland, this has a menacing look to it. Inside, you get bits from the current Aventador and a digital dashboard.

The same V10 that powered the Gallardo also powers the Huracan only now this engine has 58 more horse powers and 15 more torques. That not only gives the Huracan 610-hp and 413 lb.-ft. of torque, but 0-60 mph only takes 3.2 seconds and the top speed is 201 mph. Plus with optional magnetic dampers and the same suspension as the Aventador, this will be much more exciting than the Gallardo.

Prices for the Huracan have not been released yet, but if history repeats itself, this may be another successful car for Lamborghini. The Huracan will be making it's first appearance at the Geneva Auto Show this March.
