2013 Honda Accord
Honda announced the pricing for the all-new Accord, and it is up only about $300.
Considering the new Accord has about a couple of thousand dollars worth of extra features from the previous generation, the moderate price increase would make the new Accord appealing to consumers' wallet.
The prices range from $21,680 to $33,430.
"The 2013 Accord excels in all areas with sophisticated design, a luxurious interior, world-class dynamic performance, class-leading standard features and legendary Honda quality, all at a tremendous value for the customer," said John Mendel of Honda.
The new Accord's standard features include: alloy wheels, a rearview camera, an Expanded View Driver's Mirror, Bluetooth HandsFreeLink, USB/iPod integration, Pandora internet radio compatibility, SMS text message function, dual-zone automatic climate control, and a 160-watt AM/FM/CD audio system.
Honda's application of its new Earth Dreams brand of efficient powertrain improved the overall fuel efficiency a bit. In fact, the V6 model delivers 21/34 city/highway MPG, and it is the most efficient of all gasoline powered V6 midsize sedans in the US.
Sales start in mid-September.
