Introducing a Hayabusa Powered Golf Cart

Introducing a Hayabusa Powered Golf Cart

If you've ever been to a golf course, chances are you've seen plenty of golf cart rolling around. You may have even seen people crash them after having too much to drink. In most states, you are allowed to drive a golf cart on the road, provided it has headlights, turn signals, and seat belts.

One person in Florida has decided to go one step further and make their golf cart go the same speed as a car. Powered by a 4 cylinder engine found in a 1999 Suzuki Hayabusa, this golf cart can reach speeds up to 100 mph. That's pretty fast for something that's not entirely stable.

Of course, many other parts of the golf cart were also changed in order to handle the extra 200 hp. Disk brakes have been added, along with some wheelie bars and a set of Hoosier racing tires. It would be great to have a bunch of racing golf carts rolling around instead of the slow, boring golf carts that are around now. Until that happens, people will just have to build their own.
