The DTM Champion Edition comes in Frozen Black metallic color, similar to the matte black shade in the M3 DTM. Other outstanding features of the car's exterior include the carbon flaps and gurney, matte black wheels, and a wide range of dark chrome details.
This champion edition also features BMW's original M-stripe design found on the boot lid and roof, with the M logo positioned to certain locations such as the rear portion of front wheel arches and rear side windows' decals.
Interior
The interior is as breathtaking as ever, it features a carbon-fiber strip that includes Spengler's signature and a serial number. This remarkable car also boasts of "Alcantara" steering wheel, "M Power" badges embroidered on the handbrake lever, and black Novillo leather with palladium silver combination for interior additions.
Other features of the DTM champion edition include carbon fiber material for the front splitters and rear spoiler, black air inlets located on the bonnet, navigation system, "park distance" controls, and heated seats. The 2013 M3 DTM champion edition by BMW is expected to go into production at the BMW M (GmbH) factory and Regensburg plant by February 2013. According to sources, the expected retail price of this car model is 99,000 Euros, which is a little more than $130,000.
